SealTowers Ltd is a qualified provider of cell towers, tower infrastructure and related services geared towards boosting network and data coverage in Kenya. With a Tier II Network Facilities Provider License, the company builds, owns, leases, and manages towers under long-term contracts with telecommunication companies such as Airtel, Telkom Kenya, Jamii Telecom and Wananchi Zuku. The Everstrong Kenya Infrastructure Fund, in February 2022, acquired a majority stake in SealTowers with the intention of facilitating a tower expansion plan to underserved areas in Kenya.

Gulf Power continues to meet Kenya’s energy needs in an effort to fuel its economy, create jobs and boost growth. Their 80-megawatt power-generation facility near the Athi River in Nairobi launched commercial operation in 2014 with electricity supply fueled by heavy fuel oil (HFO) and light fuel oil (LFO). Gulf Power has a 20-year power purchase agreement (“PPA”) to sell electricity and generating capacity to Kenya Power & Light, Kenya’s national transmission and distribution company. Everstrong became an investor in December 2018.
